Mobile — we come to you
Mobile Notary
We come to you for general notary acknowledgments, jurats and oaths.
A commissioned California notary public travels to your location for general notarizations: acknowledgments, jurats (sworn statements), oaths, copy certifications and signature witnessings. The base $75 covers travel within our standard service area and up to 30 minutes at your location; the California statutory fee of $15 per signature is added on site and paid directly to the notary. Larger document sets or after-hours appointments may carry an additional fee.

Questions about this service
Do signers need to bring ID?
Yes. Each signer must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver license, passport, state ID) so we can verify identity before notarizing.
Do you charge per signature on top of the booking fee?
California law sets a $15 per-signature statutory notary fee. We collect that in addition to our travel service fee at the appointment and provide a receipt.
Can you notarize a document that is not yet signed?
No. California notaries must witness the signature or the signer must acknowledge their signature in our presence. Bring the document unsigned; we will walk you through the signing.
