Loan Signing (Notary Signing Agent)
Loan document signings for title companies, escrow and lenders.
We act as a Notary Signing Agent for refinance, purchase and HELOC loan packages. We travel to the borrower's location, walk them through the signing, notarize the required documents and return the package to the title company via overnight courier. The $150 covers up to 60 minutes on site; packages with more than 25 documents or signings outside the standard service area may carry an additional fee.
How this service runs
We come to your address within our service area (Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Carmichael, Citrus Heights and surrounding communities). A travel fee may apply for addresses beyond the standard service area.

Questions about this service
Do you print and deliver the documents?
No. The title company prints the loan package and ships it to the borrower's address or sends the borrower the package directly. We only handle the signing and the return shipment.
How do you return the package?
FedEx Priority Overnight by default. The borrower pays the return shipping label (provided by the title company) on site or we add the cost to the invoice.
Are you on a lender or title approved list?
